Delivered as a code; redeem it with the instructions that come with it
Before you buy
The account must currently be on the Free plan.
It cannot be applied on top of an existing subscription: the top-up fails if the account has an active subscription or an auto-renewal that has not been cancelled.
Before paying, check the current status on your account's billing or subscription page.
Not sure about your account status? Check the billing or subscription page of your account before ordering.
How to redeem
Enter a correct email when ordering, then pay with Alipay or WeChat Pay.
Your code and its redemption instructions are delivered automatically after payment, by email or on the order page; you can also find them on the order lookup page.
Redeem following the instructions that come with your code, then check the membership in your account.
Redeem with the instructions that come with your code, which you will find in your delivery email or on the order page.
"Delivered" does not mean the top-up is done. It only means the code has been handed over. The membership takes effect after you redeem it as instructed — please check your account.
After-sales
Covered
If the membership drops or stops working during its term for reasons not caused by your account, contact support and we will restore it or help based on your order.
Not covered
The account is banned, restricted from logging in, or hits a risk-control check.
Unusual network or device conditions, or frequently switching devices, regions or networks.
The account previously had an unusually cheap, shared or other unofficial subscription.
Problems caused by use that violates the service terms.
Orders and support
Your code is sent to your order email after payment, and the order page links to it as well. Later you can open the order page from Find my order with your order number and email — no login needed.
If something goes wrong, contact support within 24 hours of payment (WeChat: shawngo999) so we can help quickly.
Keep the order page link or note your order number.
