Before you order
Do I need an account?
No. Click "Buy now" and enter your email to order. You don't need to log in to look up orders either.
It says "Delivered". Is my top-up done?
Not yet. "Delivered" only means the code has been handed over. The membership takes effect after you redeem it as instructed — please check your account.
Can I get my code back on another phone or browser?
Yes. The code email stays in your order email inbox. You can also open the order page from Find my order with your order number and email, then tap "Open the platform's order page". If that page asks you to verify, enter the code sent to your order email, or the payment transaction number shown on your order page.
