Before you buy

• The account must currently be on the Free plan; if it already has a paid subscription, ask us first whether it can be upgraded.
• The top-up fails if the account has another active subscription or an auto-renewal that has not been cancelled.
• Before paying, check the current status on your account's billing or subscription page.

Not sure about your account status? Check the billing or subscription page of your account before ordering.

How to redeem

1. Enter a correct email when ordering, then pay with Alipay or WeChat Pay.
2. Your code and its redemption instructions are delivered automatically after payment, by email or on the order page; you can also find them on the order lookup page.
3. Redeem following the instructions that come with your code, then check the membership in your account.

Redeem with the instructions that come with your code, which you will find in your delivery email or on the order page.

"Delivered" does not mean the top-up is done. It only means the code has been handed over. The membership takes effect after you redeem it as instructed — please check your account.

After-sales

• If something goes wrong, contact support within 24 hours of payment (WeChat: shawngo999) so we can help quickly.
• Keep the order page link or note your order number.
