Before you buy

• The account must be on the Free plan; it cannot be applied on top of an existing subscription.
• You will need your Claude account ID to redeem: find it on the account settings page (format 8-4-4-4-12).
• After the top-up the account may need identity verification (KYC); you need to complete it yourself and it is not covered by after-sales.
• Please redeem within 7 days of receiving the code; codes kept longer than 7 days cannot be refunded.

How to redeem

1. Enter a correct email when ordering, then pay with Alipay or WeChat Pay.
2. Your code and its redemption instructions are delivered automatically after payment, by email or on the order page; you can also find them on the order lookup page.
3. Submit the code and your account ID as instructed to redeem; if it fails, try again later, and contact support if it takes too long.

Redeem with the instructions that come with your code, which you will find in your delivery email or on the order page.

"Delivered" does not mean the top-up is done. It only means the code has been handed over. The membership takes effect after you redeem it as instructed — please check your account.

After-sales

Orders and support

• Your code is sent to your order email after payment, and the order page links to it as well. Later you can open the order page from Find my order with your order number and email — no login needed.
• If something goes wrong, contact support within 24 hours of payment (WeChat: shawngo999) so we can help quickly.
• Keep the order page link or note your order number.
