Before you buy

• The account must be eligible for the half-price top-up offer; check at https://ai.jzplus.org/subscription.
• It cannot be applied on top of an existing subscription: accounts with an active membership cannot be topped up.
• Some accounts are declined during the top-up: retry when this happens; if it keeps failing, use another account.

How to redeem

1. Enter a correct email when ordering, then pay with Alipay or WeChat Pay.
2. Your code and its redemption instructions are delivered automatically after payment, by email or on the order page; you can also find them on the order lookup page.
3. Sign in to Grok on the web (grok.com) in a desktop browser.
4. Press F12 to open developer tools, go to Application → Cookies, find the entry named sso and copy its value (a long string starting with eyJ); copying the whole Cookie also works.
5. Following the instructions that come with your code, paste what you copied into the redemption page and submit, then check the membership in your account. The sso value is your account's login credential: paste it only into the redemption page and never send it to anyone.

Redeem with the instructions that come with your code, which you will find in your delivery email or on the order page.

"Delivered" does not mean the top-up is done. It only means the code has been handed over. The membership takes effect after you redeem it as instructed — please check your account.
